Acclaimed Pakistani actress Nadia Jamil recently graced the popular talk show ‘Say It All With Iffat Omar.’ During the interview, Jamil opened up about a past experience of harassment from a well-known and successful Pakistani director.

Discussing the matter, Nadia Jamil mentioned, “I prioritize my safety and avoid putting myself in risky situations. For instance, I once faced harassment from a well-known doctor behind the scenes, and more recently, Nauman Ijaz (Nomi Bhai) approached me for a project. However, upon learning that a certain individual was involved in the project, I declined the offer. I believe it’s not worth jeopardizing my well-being. While I haven’t disclosed the individual’s name yet, I suspect that there may be other girls who have experienced harassment from him. I am waiting for the right time to speak out, as I want my sons to mature before addressing such matters, given that they are currently young and may not handle such situations wisely due to their youthful anger.” Iffat Omar also expressed her inability to address similar situations, even if they are genuine, due to receiving legal notices.
