The usage of online gadgets like Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, etc is increasing day by day. Now billions of people have easy access to these fancy gadgets. Children become habitual in using mobile phones at a very young age. From early teens, they have accounts on apps like TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and others. The problem is not having access to tech gadgets or equipment but things become more complicated when they consume the unsuitable content for them. To escape reality they start to view the content which is not made for them. This become a huge problem. Consuming content not according to age is the main reason behind facing mental health challenges. When daily life content creators don’t get the response, they create stuff that is not acceptable in civilized societies but still, they work on such things and it affects their viewers as well which includes teens, adults, and others.

There are some other grave issues as well. The biggest challenges related to mental peace, faced by people are inflation, poverty, lack of facilities like hospitals, free education, etc. The Rat race is also a major factor, people are now competing in a race that has no point. They are just racing but there is no end. To show people how skillful they, are people losing their health and fitness. sitting on the couch for hours just to make some bucks and no care for physical health which leads their lifestyle towards a dilemma.

There are always solutions to problems but we have to put our soul and heart to change things. There is a sheer need for specially allocated hospitals for mental health-related issues. There is more need for therapists and psychiatrists. The government should take an interest in resolving problems faced by the general public. They need to give a budget that should only allocated for the treatment of mentally challenged patients. Authorities should arrange trained staff so they can talk to patients with mental health in a very polite way, Because there is always a history behind every case of a mentally challenged person. As individuals, we all have to be kind to others and should spread peace and harmony.
